Legality and transparency

COM promotes conduct based on integrity, fairness and professional rigor.

The whistleblowing channel allows reports, including anonymous reports, concerning unlawful conduct, risks, irregularities or breaches of the Code of Ethics and Organizational Model 231 that may affect the company or public interest.

Reports are managed confidentially, with protection for the reporting person and attention to personal data protection.

How to report

The internal channel should be used as a priority and allows reports to be submitted through a secure web platform.

Protection

Any form of retaliation is prohibited against anyone who submits a report in good faith, including anonymous and well-detailed reports.

Before submitting, prepare truthful and specific information whenever possible: description of the facts, people involved, timing, places and any useful documents. The system may also allow follow-up communication.
